Please join us for our Meet-n-Greet events on May 9, 2026, from 10am-12pm (Doughnuts will be provided) or on May 11, 2026 5-7pm (Pizza will be provided). This is an opportunity to meet Denise and Kristel, ask any questions you may have about therapy, learn more about the therapeutic services we offer, and view our beautiful space. We want to be a resource to our community and help!

As a therapist, I am dedicated to helping and supporting children, adolescents, and their families as a whole. I strive to help others recognize and strengthen their abilities to cope and problem solve for past, current, and future situations, and in the process, they grow and heal mentally, emotionally, and physically. I am here to listen and understand with an open mind. I have experience working with kids who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, ADHD, and difficulties with expressing or regulating their emotions.
