WORKSHOP OPTIONS (Spring/Summer 2025):
April 14th (Monday) 4:30-6:30pm-I Can Be Calm-Managing BIG Emotions Workshop-Elementary School - This Workshop is to help kids learn coping strategies to manage and regulate their big emotions at home, in school and in other social situations. As kids utilize their tools they learn, it will help build confidence, improve sleep, focus and social interactions. RSVP by April 6th.
June 18th or 25th (Wednesday) 10:30am-12:30pm-Social Skills Workshop-Elementary School-This Workshop will help kids learn ways to self-advocate, express themselves, work through conflict resolution, compromising, and how to make and maintain healthy friendships. RSVP by June 9th.
June 18th or 25th (Wednesday) 2:00-4:00pm-Mindfulness and Stress Management-Middle School)-Stress is something we all need to learn to manage to have social, academic, and emotional success and wellbeing. We will walk teens through understanding where their stress stems from, how to recognize it and skills to manage stress. These skills are also very helpful for kids trying to manage ADHD and/or Anxiety as well. **Utilizing Stress Reduction Workbook for Teens: Mindfulness skills to help you deal with stress by GINA M. BIEGEL, MA, LMFT. RSVP by June 9th.
July 16th or 23rd, 10:30am-12:30pm-Mindfulness Skills Building-Elementary School-Mindfulness is a skill to help everyone learn to understand and cope with all their emotions. Children of all ages can benefit from learning how to recognize emotions, understand what they are feeling and then talk through or cope more effectively. We will use skills from the book “Mindfulness for Kids who Worry,” however mindfulness can help children with anger, difficulty focusing, regulating all emotions as well as with worries. RSVP by July 7th.
July 16th or 23rd, 2:00-4:00pm-Transitioning into Middle School: The transition to Middle School can be an overwhelming task for many that can cause a lot of anxiety. This workshop will provide space to talk with peers, learn tools and skills, such as mindfulness, grounding and social skills to help feel mentally prepared for this exciting transition. RSVP by July 7th.

**Each Workshop is $160.00 and is to be paid 1 week prior to the Workshop. If you late cancel (less than 24 hours or No Show) $80.00 of what you paid will be kept.**
